The Prinsu Roof Top Tent Mounting Feet are the preferred way to mount a Roof Top Tent to a Prinsu Rack. The Prinsu Roof Top Tent Mount attach directly to the Prinsu cross bars and can be configured anywhere along the cross bars to align with the mounts on your tent.
You might be asking why you can use the factory provided hardware that came with your Roof Top Tent.
The quick answer is you can, but that results in the tent sitting directly on the Prinsu cross bars or even side rails. The Prinsu Mounting Feet sit up 1 inch above the Prinsu Rack cross bars and raises your roof top tent off the Prinsu Rack and crossbars. This is a more convenient and safer way to mount your Rooftop tent.
